We do like to have an idea of why we're headed your way, knowing the potential for you reporting it won't check your email but the real issue is the machine won't turn itself on at the demand of the power button. We like to book our service calls Monday through Friday, and between the hours of 11 am and 4 pm; however, because we are VERY sensitive to business operations during business hours, we will book a late night appointment with you at your business to avoid interfering with your retail operation.
